XS Bentonite is utilised in the remove of impurities in oils where its adsorptive properties are crucial int he processing edible oils and fats (Soya/ Palm / Canola Oil). In drinks such beer, wine, and mineral water and in products like sugar or honey, bentonite is used as clarification agent.

Description	B-EZ100 organic bentonite is an assistant material of rheology, it can be applied for low -
	high polarity system, with a good efficiency of thixotropy, and anti settling. It belongs to
	super-spreading type of bentonite, it has big flexibility during the production.
Application	Epoxy Resin Paint, Polyester Paint, Vinyl Ester Resin Paint, Polyester
	Varnish, Marine Paint, Heavy Anti-Corrosive Paint, Chlorinted Rubber, Polyacrylic Acid
	Paint, Bituminous Paint, Base Paint, Adhesive, Printing Ink, Sealing Compound etc..
	Solvent Fitted - Toluene, Xylene, Naphtha, Toluene Gasolene #200, mixed toluene of
	Alizarin & Aromatics. Be noted - Please do not use B-EZ100 for toluene with oxygen and
	pure initial oil system.
Dosage	The dosage of organic bentonite depends on the thickening level of requirement,  the
	control of sag resistance and anti-settling result for pigment etc. Normal dosage  is
	0.2%-3.0%, for the high requirement of anti-settling system, for example, the base paint
	with full zinic, the dosage is more than 1%, B-EZ100 is a very good general organic
	bentonite for many system, the related dosage should be depending on the result from
	the experience, general speaking it will be less than the common bentonite.

	gel in advance, no need to use activating agent, good anti-sagging and paint suspension,
